Family Skate Night on April 2nd

Our annual Family Skate Night is now confirmed for:

Tuesday, April 2nd from 6:30 – 8:00 pm

*Please note:  Parent Council Meeting changed to Tuesday, April 9th

We are looking for the following volunteers to help with the family skate night.  Please contact Parent Council, leave a comment below, or contact the school office if you are able to help with any of the following:

• Someone to design a notice to go home on Thursday March 28th (or before) advertising the event (Info. Below)  Notice to be completed and brought to school to be copied and distributed by end of day Wednesday March 27th (or before)
   
• Volunteers (1 or 2 people) to check the skates and helmets – see if they need organizing or not (are they in pairs, sizes together etc.)  This can be done anytime during the school day or after school during  the week of March 25th – please coordinate a time with Mrs. Black.
   
• Volunteers to transfer the large skate bins from the school to the arena back to the school  (2 – 3 people with trucks, vans or SUVs or 4 – 6 people with cars)
   
• 3 – 6 Volunteers in the change rooms – help kids find the right sizes (skates & helmets)  and keep skates together when they come back
• 6:00  - 3 helpers
• 7:15 – 2 - 3 helpers
